The biggest change in the flip design is that the hinge of Flip Zero is at the entrance of the sleeve rather than the back. This design change increases the durability of Flip Zero as the soft material of the sleeve now act as a hinge rather than the thin hard plastic frame of the original. The original Flip Hole's thin hinge tends to be the first thing to break over time so Tenga has targeted this weakness with their redesign. This new design also allows the Flip Zero to create a better seal between the halves for greater suction.
