How do I cancel and/or return my order?
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and health of our customers. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is unused and still in its sealed packaging.
However, if you believe you may have ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to make changes. Please note that orders that have been packed and/or shipped cannot be canceled or returned.
What if I receive a defective/damaged product?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective/damaged product, we're here to help.
First, we need to confirm that there is a defect and that the product is not functioning as expected. Sometimes, what appears to be a defect can be resolved by:
- Ensuring the toy is fully charged or new batteries have been inserted.
- Disabling any travel lock feature.
- Following the manufacturer's instructions for speed or function changes.

Depending on the brand of the toy you purchased, we will either:
- Send you a replacement if the defect is reported within the applicable warranty window.
- Request that you return the defective product using a prepaid return label, after which a replacement will be issued to you.
- Refund the money to your bank account.
